| Brewed the traditional way in wooden Oke barrels, a labor-intensive process brought back at Masuichi after a half century absence. Our one-time representative sake Hakkin has been revived in the modern age as of October, 2000. Hakkin is a historic sake which ranked highly in the All Japan Sake Rankings at the start of the Meiji period. With this opportunity, the Society for the Preservation of Wood Barrel Brewing and Fermentation is calling out to breweries across the country. |
